Studio Mathemagics is a remote-tutoring service that provides academic support and test preparation services for STEM-related subjects.

All sessions are conducted remotely via a web-conferencing service/app (examples include Zoom, Google Meets, PencilSpaces, etc).

Studio Mathemagics requires that customers have a credit or debit card on file for automated billing purposes. Billing is ALWAYS done AFTER a lesson occurs and the corresponding instructor has taken attendance in our web-based system.

Since Studio Mathemagics is based out of the United States of America, the customary currency for all transactions will be USD.

Studio Mathemagics maintains a 30 hr cancellation policy that will be upheld in all circumstances (however, we reserve the right to override this policy if we so choose).

If a lesson has taken place, there will be no refund policy available. If the lesson was unsatisfactory, please contact us so we can make things right!
